I designed an app for locating the Ent ATMs and Service Centers and used third party developers to create the back-end. The developers had already created a similar app for a few other clients, but not with the help of any designers so there was definitely room for improvement.
This was going to be Ent’s first iPhone app and I was the sole person in charge of it, so I was determined to make it perfect and redesigned the flow and design of this app from beginning to end. Luckily, the developers were very willing to work with me. In the end, the app was extremely intuitive and user-friendly and the member feedback was terrific.
